Tribe aspires to a non-hierarchical structure. Tribe’s leadership team plans and coordinates our Sunday services. The team will preach, teach, or facilitate a discussion for worship. Our goal is to allow our leadership team to lead according to their gifting. Most of our members have a specific role in creating our Sunday gathering, whether it is cooking a meal, preparing visuals, leading or performing worship music, setup, tear down, or hospitality.
